The Elite Academy will prepare U14, U16 and U19 athletes for the 2022-2023 ringette season.​ The academy will consist of 12 weeks filled with ice time, strength & conditioning training and educational athlete sessions.

On-ice ringette instruction by Rise Ringette on Tuesdays evenings at the RBC Centre (with potential of a Tuesday depending on numbers)

​

Off-ice Strength & Conditioning by Ascent Performance coach and owner, Daniel Planke at Proedge Facility/Bedford. There are a variety of days available for off-ice training.

PROGRAM RUNS FROM JUNE 6TH - AUGUST 31ST, 2022

Registration cost includes:

• 1 hours of ice weekly with High Level Instructors (games will also be incorporated)

• 1 hour of off-ice training weekly​

• Jersey and branded item
